Staff at this branch are arrogant, unprofessional. Please save your happiness go to an other branch.
Obvious payroll cheque was going to be put on hold. Downtown branch said that shouldn’t happen given my long history and obvious history on their computer of payroll deposit from same source.

Both branches in Chilliwack, BC not open on weekends and have typical bankers hours during the week. Impossible to deal with this bank unless taking time off work, it costs extra time and money to be a CIBC member. Not worth it!!
This is my favorite CIBC Branch. Staffs are amazing and helpful. Branch manager is very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely recommend this bank to my friends.
