Both branches in Chilliwack, BC not open on weekends and have typical bankers hours during the week. Impossible to deal with this bank unless taking time off work, it costs extra time and money to be a CIBC member. Not worth it!!
This is my favorite CIBC Branch. Staffs are amazing and helpful. Branch manager is very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely recommend this bank to my friends.
Long line ups with NO attempt to serve customers in a timely fashion ! Poorly run branch, for a long time, and no attempts to correct this problem
