I simply cannot believe how bad of experience I had with this branch today. The only person working was a trainee who needed overrides for everything and the other people working there to perform said overrides were terribly absent. I waited in line for an hour just to even get to the til to cash a cheque which they kept having problems with and kept giving me inconsistent statements. I don’t understand people who hold a job who are miserable at said job. Please look into who’s answering your phones. Being met with such disrespect when all I was wondering was how I could build my credit. Never in my life have I been spoken to the way the lady spoke to me on the phone. I understand I was stupid and fed up my own credit but as my bank of choice I expected them to be a bit kinder when I’m trying to fix my mistake.
