Ridiculous I’ve asked the same question to four different people. Nobody can understand what I’m saying clearly because well I guess they’re from somewhere else whatever but nobody understands what I’m saying four times now.
Staff at this branch are arrogant, unprofessional. Please save your happiness go to an other branch.
Obvious payroll cheque was going to be put on hold. Downtown branch said that shouldn’t happen given my long history and obvious history on their computer of payroll deposit from same source.

Both branches in Chilliwack, BC not open on weekends and have typical bankers hours during the week. Impossible to deal with this bank unless taking time off work, it costs extra time and money to be a CIBC member. Not worth it!!
