A friendly staff member willing to help you
It's Saturday...I needed to talk to someone at the branch. They're closed!... That's not entirely the reason for the one star... it dates back about a year. I needed something explained on one of their promotions... the teller knew nothing about it so I ask if she could get some help from the manager (he wouldn't even get out of his seat to see me) and he knew nothing about it(even though I had been solicited regularly online) In summary...poor service...poor people skills.
Ridiculous I’ve asked the same question to four different people. Nobody can understand what I’m saying clearly because well I guess they’re from somewhere else whatever but nobody understands what I’m saying four times now.
Staff at this branch are arrogant, unprofessional. Please save your happiness go to an other branch.
