I am Lisa and I went at 8:30 PM not aware of the new hours. I was NOT the only person having the same problem. With our service charges we should be able to access our "Instant Teller" to a least 9 PM. Since nothing is "Instant" any more you should be ashamed of what Service is called. Install something we can use our cards for entrance or put in Security from 5 - 9. We do NOT deserve being penalized for this Scotia Bank has not yet turned to ignoring their customers!
If there was a zero I would use that. 35 MINUTES to make a small deposit, in person. I know, 'oh, we have 4 ATMs. '. Look at the dammed lineup, not everyone wants to use the machine. Hey folks, go to a credit union where they know how to serve customers, not just shareholders
hope you don't need to put money in at a time too late. they lock the atms early so u get screwed until the next day...
