Save yourself the time and use a different branch, or even better, switch banks entirely. What a joke!
Very dirty and feels unsafe. They welcome and alow anyone in to lotter while you’re trying to use the ATMs. This CIBC will sign you up for credit cards that you verbally declined and then mail it to you anyway. And their teller Jasmine and Zarina are very rude and unprofessional.
My retired parents, went to the ATM, tried to deposit $280 USD, ATM didn’t accept the money. They asked one of the tellers to help. She tried a few times, and after the ATM didn’t take the cash she stuffed the cash. ATM didn’t indicate that it accepts the cash in any way. She called a phone and told them to check their accounts in 7 days. It’s been weeks and there is no money in their account. I have a bank account with CIBC. I went in there to get a money order or bank draft in Canadian funds with US funds which I had with me. The teller did not know how to convert Canadian US funds to TO Canadian funds. I asked him to ask somebody who knew what to do he got upset left. I will not do any kind of banking with them.
