Horrible bank. I would rate it a zero. Will be taking by business elsewhere. No tellers can do their job. Now all the staff are inviting the Homeless people into the branch gives them a portable heater and let them hang out. I witness this over a weekend. This is no place for it. Horrible bank. No tellers can do their job. Unusual transactions that happened with my account. The said one was a telephone code to call them and know when you call telephone banking NO CANADIAN reps. Then when you call the call enter you get a different response. Typical BS plus you will be chatting with people in Manila and you will be lucky if they understand you what you’re referring too. It’s absolutely repulsive that Canadian bank outsource.
