If there was a zero I would use that. 35 MINUTES to make a small deposit, in person. I know, 'oh, we have 4 ATMs. '. Look at the dammed lineup, not everyone wants to use the machine. Hey folks, go to a credit union where they know how to serve customers, not just shareholders
hope you don't need to put money in at a time too late. they lock the atms early so u get screwed until the next day...
Very slow service
I was in the st Clair location yesterday and I needed to help with my online banking The teller that helped me was so helpful and went thru everything with me she was so patient and had a beautiful smile very great customer service Thank you so very much
Michelle is an amazing financial advisor!! She took the time to get to know my specific needs. CIBC needs to pay her double because you can't find advisors like her anymore.
