The staff here has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient since I opened an account here in December 2020. The staff made it easy to transfer money from our currency dealer in the UK; and to open a joint checking account, joint savings account, and joint credit card account. I would definitely recommend this branch.
The branch in Sydney river manager and majority of the staff I dealt with, very simple questions and concerns they turned it into a huge argument and embarrassed me in front of other customers. The bank of CIBC (customer service toll free) are great to deal with but in branch is always an bad experience. As you do know, I’m sure other banks would appreciate my business.
