I had a really great experience with Caleb and Ty at this location. Ty, who was working at the front desk, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful when I came in with an issue. He completely understood my frustration and how disappointed I was, especially since I was at the point of considering closing my account. Needed to come into the branch and open a bank account. It’s only about 30 mins to open one and they couldnt even do that because they’re all “booked” while all the advisors looked like they were free in all their offices… Whats the point of this branch if you can’t do even step one?
I had a wonderful experience with CIBC, especially because of Tessa at the front desk. She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. I had an urgent requirement, and she went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything was taken care of.
