Exceptionally long wait although three windows open, only one staff was actually taking clients, but in no rush of helping the line move and decided to chic-chat along in her own language with the client. I’m glad this is my last time of visit as I’m closing all my accounts.
I came in to pay out our daughters car loan and dealt with Raj. She was wonderful, very helpful and friendly! 10/10

On my recent visit there were probably 7 people in line with only one teller. Lots of agents were sitting in their offices and walking by the line and not doing anything. Pretty frustrating experience, I might try another branch.
