ATM ate my debit card & $1000 cash. Got rewarded by being stuck at the atm & on the phone with cibc for half an hour to change my card number & possibly lose my money. fantastic service 5/5 stars. I do not know why I still bank here. Get to spend time out of my day to get a new card and beg for my own money back.

terribly slow service with very long lobby waiting times
Lineup out the door once again and only one Bank teller working. This is very common here. For one of the busiest branches you think they would just hire one more employee? I guess the banks can’t afford that? Lol.
