Basic setup, style decoration. Feels cheap all over. Does not give the customer the vibe of banking with reputable bank. Only one teller and one desk available. I needed help setting up auto payment for new CIBC credit cards. The person at the only desk said you can do it here or online. They went on to explain how to do it online and I was ok I'll do it online. But on second thought I said let's do it here and theybwere (oh no you have to do this online).... i did not argue. Useless help.
HERE WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO MENTION THAT YOUR ATM IS CLOSED MOST OF THE TIME!!
