Just trying to get cash out on a Sunday @11am and you can’t even access the ATMs ?! All doors are locked Very inconvenient.
I did not have a good experience with this branch on a few occasions, but today was enough for me. I had a theft render me completely invisible technically, and I went to this branch for help. I got some help, but was also told misinformation. They could have helped, and maybe due to it being Friday they couldn't be bothered. Thankfully I was able to get more help on my own, elsewhere. I'm moving to BMO as soon as things are sorted.
Can someone please explain why this brick and mortar bank exists? I went with the hopes to deposit an important cheque and was told to use the ATM. Arms full with my kid the teller watched me struggle through the entire process while they did absolutely nothing. Why even bother with a face to face interaction if this is the level of customer service that is provided? I think I’m ready to leave CIBC for good.
It's very frustrating that the ATM is only accessible during limited daytime hours, with no door card reader for clients to use. I'd prefer the ATM to be mounted outside 24/7 with no security, then not being able to access my funds evenings and weekends. Why am I (and 20% of the population BTW) being punished for not being DAYWALKERS?
