very disappointing experiences at this CIBC branch. I waited in line for over 45 minutes just to make a simple cheque deposit. Despite there being multiple staff members present, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. One of the tellers seemed incompetent and untrained, taking an unreasonable amount of time with each transaction. This guy Shady said that my daughter’s RESP money is all from government money. (The call was recorded) Did not do his assignment before opening his big mouth. $500 was grant from the government and the rest came from my own checking account. Treating your client like garbage is not good for business.
