After receiving no help at all from the branch in Seton I was able to get help & my issue resolved quickly.
They are some of the least helpful or considerate bank employees. My 83yo mother has filled out forms and been waiting five, yes five months going on six. Her husband passed away in October and she has been trying to get his TFSA to be transfered to her control. They have said twice that she hasn't filled the paperwork, twice she has filled and submitted said paperwork. Not one of the staff has been helpful or taken responsibility for this. Wasted time, advisor wanted to save my debit card information from another bank, this is ridiculous
Very disappointed. I opened youth account for my daughter. Fulfilled all requirements and never got the offered reward. The bank representatives can’t not provide any helpful information about why is it so. Rude and unprofessional.
Apparently, CSR is not able to deal with simple transaction and need to talk to the manager. Manager, of course, is not around. Terrible service! I have been loyal customer and with this bank for years!
