These people do not know what they are doing. I have been opening an account and 3 months later there’s documents I still need to sign to open it. Constant back and forth yet I went in with all my documents. CIBC needs to figure out what’s going on here. I have never experienced such.
My wallet was stolen. Went in on tuesday feb/24 at 9 30 am to replace my bank card. The woman that assisted me was rude and totally unprofessional. I have started the process of closing my account. Im completely disgusted with the treatment I received. How do you sleep at night.
