I have been going to this branch for a couple of months now. Julie is very responsive, helpful and friendly. She always solves everything for me promptly and is very knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service, Julie was able to solve my issue within minutes. I'll certainly bank here.
The worst CIBC branch in the country. No customer relation skills. The manager needs to be polite and friendly. Very defensive with an atiitude.
