Rude staff. Long waits. Little help. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible and the worst experience at CIBC Country Hills Branch. I booked an appointment, submitted all documents in advance, and was assigned to Swapneel Anandia, who turned out to have no idea how to open a business account. The branch manager, Manpreet, was rude, dismissive, and told us he wasn’t even a business advisor—wasting our 1.5-hour appointment and ignoring the fact that my partners were flying out the next day.
