Talked vary rude to my wife. Asked simple question and the manager got loud with my wife then ignored her. And starting talking and telling me. Making my wife feel like she wasn't even there or listening to her. She belittle my wife and straight up talked 2 me and it wasn't even my question????? Hello???
The staff like to bully customers who are only concerned about their bank experience. Everyone in there yells at you if you ask a simple question. This CIBC is a Joke and don't take anything seriously. Plus they are always understaffed. I wish I could choose NO STARS AT ALL.

Liz is the best - very helpful and knowledgeable. Also has a really cool keyboard! ⌨️
You will wait in line for an hour for something so simple, they have one teller for like 7 people in line …
