Dont deserve any rating. Super slow customer service and staff just talking to each other and there is a line up there. For appoinment too you need to wait for long. Be careful with Saddle CIBC staff😭😭 I had appointment with Shifali Bhatia ans she dont even know jow to open and close account
I keep on trying to call them to book an appointment and no one picked up the call. I called them 10-15 times in a day.
Today was the first time I was completely satisfied with their service. Timing was excellent as the lady came out and started waiting people out in que, instead of sitting in her office. Really appreciate your gesture. Hopefully this tradition inspires others and it continues. Thank you.
Nothing wrong with the staff and service but always have to wait over half an hour as there mostly 2 agents available to help dispite of having 4 windows to serve Above was from yesterday, was there to activate a dormant account but 40 minutes of wait got appointment for today as they can't do it at front desk. I had an appointment for today 11am. After waiting for a few minutes knocked the office of one staff, told her that I have an appointment at 11, she asked me to wait.
