Not about this specific branch but when you spend 20 min on hold and then get cut off …. Sure glad we have to trust these guys with our money.
Saying close at 7 PM for the branch hour, at website , but when I come here at 6 PM on Thursday and they already closed, Upset Me!!
This bank is totally bullshit. I have to visit two different branches three times just to activate my card. And here in this branch, I was in line and a senior female employee(with boy hair cut) and served the guy behind me. I saw zero professionalism here.
Its not open until 7
6 rooms empty, 4 empty tailor. One big bank with ATM. There's a long wait all the time. It's always quiet.
