I always go to this CIBC branch cause they always resolved my concerns and handle it with hospitality . My recent transaction was handled by KELLY CHEUNG. We honestly don't have an appointment that day cause it was a sudden visit to the bank , and we don't know that we need to book an appointment regarding our visit. But she gracefully accommodate us and resolved it . Thanks to her , she deserves an applause! Keep up the good work Kelly , we appreciate you !
I met with Sandra (?) and she was able to fix my problem i hadn't been able to solve online ine years in a number of minutes. It was very quiet in the office and no issues at all. Much faster than expected.
This branch was extremely frustrating to deal with. The representative was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly interrupted me, leaving me confused and stressed over what should have been a simple banking task. Given the many similar reviews, it seems poor customer service is a recurring problem. I hope management addresses this so future customers aren’t left feeling the same way.
Branch timings are wrong. Their's are, pathetic, from Mon to Fri 0930 to 1700 Hrs. So someone working or normally longer than those has to take time off to visit them...
