I was there today, and I always have a great experience at CIBC thanks to Braydon. He has helped us multiple times and is always extremely helpful, patient, and professional. It’s very comfortable dealing with him. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous that I can get stitches pulled or x-rays done faster than waiting to talk with a banker at this location. If you need to talk to a teller you best book an hour of your time.
