I guess another bad review won't make much of a difference if so many in the past couldn't .still, I'd say what I have to. First the tellers are scarce in numbers. Second, they are inefficient and ignorant. No sense of urgency and respect for someone else's time. They'd shamelessly sit on their seats neglecting customers. Out of 4 tellers on shift, 2 were just looking at their computer screens OR exchanging pleasantries with outgoing staffers. WORST EXPERIENCE.
The worst bank in calgary. I called two weeks ago to book an appointment and when I got to the branch they told me the person is not in today and we don’t have enough people in. How stupid is that??? I asked for management, the guy said you can call them but they’re in Toronto, he didn’t even apologize..
Terrible experience, the cashier didn't speak English well and because I didn't understand him he got angry and raised his voice at me and maintained rude gestures the whole time, he is not the type of person who should be in charge of customer service.
Waiting for 30 mins for a simple task.
Slow service, 20 People on line with 3 staffs…
