If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. I went to this bank branch to make a loan payment, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. There were three employees working at the teller windows and six people ahead of me in line. I waited approximately 40 minutes before it was finally my turn. When I reached the counter, I was assisted by an employee who appeared to be new and did not seem to know how to process the transaction. Lineup has maybe 15 people and there’s just one guy working.
Be prepared to wait in line over 15-20 Minutes every time. Even with two people ahead of you.
