Bank takes forever. Not enough tellers. Some seem incabable of basic cash deposit. Stand in line - everytime, busy or not, at least 30 minutes. Definitly reason to close account and change banks *some of cashiers seem are great- just not enough of them to be worthwile standing i line forever

Huge line up 15 to 18 people and only one teller working.very poor manage. Mostly people leaving frustrated .
NOT RECOMMENDED, run. Worst customer service, tellers are incompetent they don’t know what they are doing. They messed up my car loan pay out, Manager Fida accusing me of not telling them that I was there to pay out my loan that’s why its messed up, when in-fact, I clearly stated when i was ask what business i have today, i told her I was there to pay out my car loan with a bank draft and she said I can help you with that.
