I went their on Saturday what a terrible mistake stood in line for 20 min. I was told by there security guard that they are lunch. In the offices they had other people not busy so why aren't they working as tellers. Someone said oh well what can you do? Well let me say that this the worst bank I have ever been to. Don't waste your time and effort you will be standing in line with poor customer service. Get together CIBC fix your issues with staffing or pull your staff from other areas and send one teller at a time or you wil... read more
Armaan was extremely helpful and nice, did our bank draft very quickly and efficiently, especially since our bank branch was not open on Saturdays. We will be switching our branch because of this.
Jeffrey does such a fantastic job holding down the fort for CIBC. The line was long, he was the only one available to help, and he kept a smile on his face the entire time! So helpful and friendly, and most of all incredibly patient. Keep doing what you’re doing Jeffrey!
The longest line you will ever find. It's a very busy bank but they will always ALWAYS only have 2 tellers. You will always be waiting for over 1 HOUR!! The line goes very slow in any other locations in this locations and other locations nearby but with travel time, it's also not worth it.
