Worst branch i ever seen. No parking whatsoever. You spend 20 minutes driving around to find that branch does not have convenience for the customers
ATM was having issues tried to take money out machine froze for a long time. I canceled my transaction I recieved my bank card. I check my account later to see that I was still charged 400 dollars. I spoke to a teller later about the issue who just didn't seem to care I haven't heard back and it's nearly been a month.
We moved all our accounts to Cibc because our small bank didn't have online banking at the time. Nothing but frustration at every turn dealing with this big corporation. We applied for a line of credit this past winter and have dealt with 3 different " client relationship specialist" (how ironic) since starting. The second specialist gave us lies about dates for completion and eventually just went silent until a new and third specialist tried to take over.
