I am writing this review to express my appreciation for and the impressive service which I received on two recent appointments with David Baker ( Associate Financial Advisor) at the CIBC Caledonia Ontario Branch. I scheduled a meeting with David in hopes that he would clear up a series of errors that were made by two other/ separate CIBC Branches that I have no affiliation with. Worst branch i ever seen. No parking whatsoever. You spend 20 minutes driving around to find that branch does not have convenience for the customers
ATM was having issues tried to take money out machine froze for a long time. I canceled my transaction I recieved my bank card. I check my account later to see that I was still charged 400 dollars. I spoke to a teller later about the issue who just didn't seem to care I haven't heard back and it's nearly been a month.
