We moved all our accounts to Cibc because our small bank didn't have online banking at the time. Nothing but frustration at every turn dealing with this big corporation. We applied for a line of credit this past winter and have dealt with 3 different " client relationship specialist" (how ironic) since starting. ATM is broken as of Sept 27th, asked customer service when it would be fixed and was told "someone needs to fix it" so yea not sure when it's getting fixed
