If banks had to operate in the "real" world... they would be broke, broke, broke. Trying for 4 hours this morning to reach a human in customer "service". I've left 4 messages, no call back yet. But I guarantee they have 4-5 inexperienced, junior mortgage/loan specialists, greedily standing around waiting to rip into thier customers with some unfair and unnessessary Interest rates. Boo CIBC.
