Overall cibc is the worse bank I had an experience with. 1 out of 10 people is helpful. I had a displeasure of communicating with the manager of this branch, hes the most condescending and unhelpful person. Ive also seen how they interact with other clients and definitely not the service you expect from a bank. My last interaction confirmed that closing all my accounts with this bank was the right descision.

These staffs were very kind and considerated. They could handle well even my bank account was frozen for three years ago.When I visited other branch, they didn't handle. So I'm really appreciated these staffs.
