I had a very positive experience visiting this CIBC branch. Everything was quick and smooth, and Sobia was very helpful, professional, and kind. I am only closing my account because I am leaving the country. I would definitely recommend CIBC and this branch - I never faced any problems. Thank you for the great service!
Had an awful experience here with the branch manager, Ashley Cook. The worst communication and customer service I’ve ever received. I’m thankful I’ll never have to deal with CIBC again. Don’t trust them with your money.
