I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Financial Services Representative, Darshpreet Kaur, for her professionalism, attentiveness and polite attitude. The consultation was clear, all issues were resolved quickly and competently. It is a pleasure to deal with such specialists who really care about their clients.
The CIBC Shawnessy branch in Calgary collaborated with the back office and stole $ 100K from me. Customer care created a case to return my $100K. However, the back office rejected it with the 'stealing' decision: CIBC will mail me a bank draft via Canada Post. They ignore that Canada Post is striking. They insist that they will use ordinary mail to mail me $100K. If the draft is lost, that will be my personal loss.
Terrible service here. I am normally not one to complain, being in the service industry for years I have more tolerance then the aveage person. I understand people make mistakes. However this bank has unacceptable service, and for a bank! Where people trust the employees with their private information. I applied for a credit card 6 weeks ago.
