I am extremely frustrated with the service I received from CIBC. On April 9, I deposited an insurance cheque at the branch located at 1222 17 Ave SW, Calgary. This is where the issue started — an error was made when processing my cheque. On April 16, I was sent to my home branch at 309 8 Ave SW, Calgary, where my account was originally opened. I came in person, signed all required documents, and was told that further information could only be handled by this branch. Since then, I have been stuck in a loop with no resolution.... read more

Awful service.. atm ate my card and lost 20$ in process and the tellers didn’t seem to care at all.
I give it a four rating because the architecture is awesome. However, considering it's in the center of downtown, there is always a wait because there are only one or two tellers working at a time. At least it's got something nice to look at while you're waiting.
