Horrible branch, no one at the front desk for hours. Staff needs training on how to assist customers as well.
Went there today, because I needed a Bank account for my year in Canada. Beside I had no appointment they still could help to get my account spontaneous. Very good experience!
Just very bad service in general this outlet need to improve enormously before I change my mind.
What bank has no staff on a Friday morning/afternoon? Feels pretty useless, if you ask me.
I cannot speak more highly of the staff at this CIBC branch. I had been experiencing an issue with my credit card which required a lot of back and forth between the branch and CIBC's central credit department. Elnaz went above and beyond in taking on my case and advocating for me to get an ideal resolution.
