Very disappointing experience. My account has been blocked for over 25 days with no resolution. It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone most extensions go to voicemail, and responses are slow or nonexistent. I’ve been asked multiple times to call different departments, resulting in constant back-and-forth with no progress. Despite fully cooperating and providing all required information, my funds are still blocked. This has been stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service.
Google Maps stupidly points this at Carnarvon and 6th with me and coincidentally other non-locals which is more the 530ish block of Carnavon even with the use of Google Live view; you have no idea how aggravating and distressing this is! The ATMs are fine after hours once you get there. There is security around the premises which makes it safe and they're nice so that's promising. I haven't use this branch location during operating hours so I can't provide a review on their staff.
Fix your location, I won't to Columbia and 6th looking for you
They should not call this a branch. There’s no teller service.
