So whenver i come to this bank, front girl always says oh we cant do there are no teller go to full branch. Then why you open this branch? Just close it and have ATM, such a waste of time people who see on google and come to this branch. Either that one girl foes not want to work?? Maybe. Slove it or close it
I regret dealing with cibc because getting someone on the phone to help me is hard, and when I did they have a thick accent and confirming my address is a struggle. I don’t think the headaches I’m about to experience with cibc is worth it
I just went to the CIBC bank this morning, and the girl sitting there was really unfriendly and rude. They didn’t listen to me at all, and I ended up waiting forever. Totally disappointing service.
Reasonable and helpful staff came in clutch in a pinch and made the overall banking experience a lot easier and more hassle free than it could have otherwise been, very appreciative of the help given and accomodations made to make things easy and non stressful
