I regret dealing with cibc because getting someone on the phone to help me is hard, and when I did they have a thick accent and confirming my address is a struggle. I don’t think the headaches I’m about to experience with cibc is worth it
I just went to the CIBC bank this morning, and the girl sitting there was really unfriendly and rude. They didn’t listen to me at all, and I ended up waiting forever. Totally disappointing service.
Reasonable and helpful staff came in clutch in a pinch and made the overall banking experience a lot easier and more hassle free than it could have otherwise been, very appreciative of the help given and accomodations made to make things easy and non stressful
Both ATM machines down at 7pm on a Friday with no explanation whatsoever.
I strongly recommend Philip Tang as financial advisor, he is intelligent, knowledgeable, fast paced and highly educated about the job he’s doing, he offered me some good advice and tips and could find me alternative options to what I initially wanted but wasn’t the right fit for that time being.
