Worst CIBC branch to go. Suggest you look for other branches to book appointments.
Absolute worst branch I’ve dealt with in over 30 years banking. Nobody speaks fluent English, extremely rude tellers and the worst part, they all make consistent errors in processing transactions. I’ve made numerous complaints to the head office. Avoid this branch.
Terrible service, wont help clients, make them wait and come back multiple days (couldn't resolve a supposed fraud issue from April 9 all the way to April 25… still waiting)
