The branch manager is so infuriating. She came over while I was chatting with the helpful teller. She continued to interrupt me and tell me when wouldn't help me since I was taking money out of the bank. "Why would I help you leave us with less money?"I asked her several times to stop interrupting me as it's rude. Finally, I told her I would not talk to her anymore and I continued my business with the teller (whom was great). Also, that woman needs to take a shower. Holy cow, how the heck did she become a manager there?
This bank cannot cash its own checks. What is the point of a CIBC that cannot cash CIBC checks? Look elsewhere if you need to do that.
My daughter came in the facility with rollerblade shoes. A lady with red hair I think she is the manager, very rudely talked to my daughter that she is not allowed to use her rollerblade shoes in there. The way she talked, her body language made my daughter scared, she is only 7. Very disappointing experience. One should know how to act towards a child.
