Zero experience or information available about USA accounts. Also, this was the second cibc I went to with basically zero knowledge of their own products/accounts. They don't even handle cash at this location. So I would recommend having staff learn products when they are just not doing anything else.
Visited the department on Saturday. The staff was friendly and helped me with my case while I waited in line. They explained to me how the system works and what I need to do next. Thank you so much.
The ATM Machine inside the bank gave us 100$ less 2-$50 short. When we try to wire money to out of country sometime it took 3 weeks to sent and each time we had to investigate where about the sent money, we had to pay for this as well. Because of a bank's employee's note while we get cash for vacation, they locked our account a week after we went for a vacation and we could not access to our account at the vacation. Margaret Sheppard.. l was just at CIBC with a rather Complicated Matter. I really appreciate the Financial Service Respresentative Danielle Sheppard-Dann. Its been a long couple of Months, and for the first time l Finally felt heard and listened too. Danielle helped alot with my anxiety over the Chaos and went far up and beyond to try and get answers and find a resolution.
I had a great experience with sooeun ! She was so kind and she listened my words very attentively as well. I recommend this cibc branch than other locations. Thank you, Sooeun
