I would like to exclusively thank Mr. Ivan in customer service for his utmost kindness, dedicated work, and kindly smile. He restored my trust in the bank after I was about to cancel my partnership with them due to poor treatment from several employees at the Metrotown branch. I hope Mr. Ivan receives high recognition that matches his professionalism.
