Lousy location, why move out of the mall? If it's raining you have to walk out of the mall to access it!! A separate building located outside of the mall has less accessible parking nearby, someone wasn't thinking!!

Awful customer service and experience. By far the worst bank and branch I have dealt with. Banch manager Jacquiline is also highly unprofessional, kept deferring and eventually was complete unresponsive and did not attempt to provide a solution. I was given wrong information by the teller and they take no accountability nor attempt to correct the issue. There are so many other banks within walking proximity, take this info how you will.
The best customer service ever. I deal with the Brentwood branch often as its closer to my workplace. Their politeness extends in person as well as over the phone. A nice agent of the Brentwood branch named *Umair* (hope I spelled it right) helped me with a long concerning matter within minutes. Highly recommended.
