I have been standing here for approximately 10 minutes with 3 people behind the desk. I am the next in line and neither of the other 2 tellers have bothered to look my way, look up, acknowledge that I am standing here or say hello. I understand this is a small town bank but what has happened to customer service or general manners? I have encountered this before at this branch. Multiple times I have been short changed when exchanging bills for rolls. I received a condescending attitude when I pointed out that money being accurate is their job (counting money accurately at a bank.... who would have thought....) Like, do you guys just take rolls from customers, not count it and hand it back out? Seriously, you wouldn't even have to count it; you could weigh it! I will have to have the tellers count the rolls now because this happened multiple times. Not impressed.

I don't understand why this branch have no teller working? Big space, always 1 or 2 the most working there. How angry? Very angry, when there is only teller there and try to talk with customer, please one customer. Don't you think other people there busy and just want a quick money, pay bill, or deposit money. Will move all my account from cibc because of this branch. Trenton every time i go, at least 3 teller working and fast. Lots of people not happy to according to the 3.1 review you get.

I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in a very condescending manner. I was simply inquiring about fees and I was talked to like I should have known why and how it works. As far as I’m concerned, Nicolas needs to be educated on how to speak to people and when they turned their backs, not to laugh and think it was all a big joke. At least have the common sense to wait until the customer leaves the branch. Seriously, have a little respect!!
