I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in a very condescending manner. I was simply inquiring about fees and I was talked to like I should have known why and how it works. As far as I’m concerned, Nicolas needs to be educated on how to speak to people and when they turned their backs, not to laugh and think it was all a big joke. At least have the common sense to wait until the customer leaves the branch. Seriously, have a little respect!!
Thank you for your good service.Many people who move to Brighton expect the same service they got in larger centers but for a smaller branch the service is friendly and efficient. 5 stars
Terrible customer service!
Very poor customer service at this Branch. I had a CIBC Money Order from CIBC Visa..and this branch refused to cash it because I didn't have a CIBC account. ! Seriously...it was a Money Order. It is cashable Anywhere ! .
Don't waste your time with this bank. Line up to the door and only one person working. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they can't help because no one works there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
