Had to wait in line for so long while the tellers sat there and chit-chatted with each other, completely ignoring me standing at the front of the line. Eventually, I finally get called up only to be told my request cannot be completed as the bank is closing soon (it was only 4:30pm by the way). To the ladies at the front, here's a genius suggestion -- maybe don't spend 10 mins socializing and then you would actually have time to serve people. CIBC really ought to just close this branch down, all the reviews are terrible.

Never ever visit this bank This bank staff very rude and racist i clearly they treat indians like pet specially two pakistani ladies and they treat white people with kindness. I think i don’t need explain to this you all know why this

I visit this bank today to withdraw money, and after presenting my ID, the 2nd deak pakistani lady told me I needed to visit a different branch because this wasn't my "home branch." There was no clear explanation or effort to assist me. I was left frustrated and confused by the lack of customer care and poor service. This experience was certainly not what I expected from a reputable bank.

White lady with the short black hair that works on Saturdays is very rude for no reason. If you don't like your job, do something else, don't ruin customers' days.
