Writing on behalf of my mother in law who is a customer at the North Park branch in McKay plaza. She is always talking about how wonderful the staff is to her every time she goes in especially Virginia. I had the pleasure of meeting Virginia with her and my husband when we visited the branch today. She was very friendly and helpful. We could see why she likes this branch so much and all the staff.

Extremely rude behavior I will definitely not be coming back to this location.
Left my debit card in the machine by accident -- realized about 15 mins later and came back to get it. Teller named Virginia gave me a lot of attitude, telling me I'm 'lucky she didn't cut it up the second she saw it.' I provided her with 3 different pieces of ID matching the signature and name, and she still refused to give it back to me. After multiple attempts of trying to talk some sense into her, she finally handed it back to me. What's her problem?
