I spoke with a mortgage specialist at this branch about a week ago regarding bridge financing. He told me he would email me the list of documents I need to bring to the bank to start the process. It has now been a full week and I still have not received any email or follow-up. Very poor service and communication. This is a very bad branch.
Horrible experience with Virginia the teller. So rude for no reason..
I had a disappointing experience at a CIBC branch recently. I went to pick up my credit card and The employee virgina was unprofessional and came across as rude during our interaction. As a customer, I expect respectful and helpful service, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future.
Shitty branch. People are sitting and talking but declined to help because they are too busy to meet people without appointments. I explained it’s difficult for me to make to any other branch and it was kinda urgent. Sitting and gossiping is more important than helping the clients. The lady on reception was still nice and tried to help.
I recently visited the branch to process an urgent wire transfer, and although the transaction did not go reach the destination bank in time , Flora turned what could have been a stressful experience into an incredibly reassuring one. She did not just stop at giving me information at the counter. She followed up by calling me at home three separate times to keep me updated on the status. That level of care and ownership is rare.
