This branch has always been very helpful and the staff willing to help.
Mortgage specialist Jaymin Patel is useless.. I don't know how he is working with Cibc useless and rude person at all. Never book appointments with him.
Got publicly shamed by the branch mgr and no privacy at all. Filed complaint to head office in Toronto.
