I don’t think I’ve ever called this branch and actually had someone pick up the phone without having to leave a message and wait, or wait on hold. Something that could take 5 minutes ends up taking hours because your instantly sent to voicemail or on hold.
This branch has always been very helpful and the staff willing to help.
Mortgage specialist Jaymin Patel is useless.. I don't know how he is working with Cibc useless and rude person at all. Never book appointments with him.
