Mortgage specialist Jaymin Patel is useless.. I don't know how he is working with Cibc useless and rude person at all. Never book appointments with him.
Got publicly shamed by the branch mgr and no privacy at all. Filed complaint to head office in Toronto.
No one its available to aswer a call
Terrible bank, do not bank with them, they place on hold cheques for weeks, not very friendly, not willing to help customers, they charge high rates for accounts, really a very unpleasant bank if you can avoid banking with them definitely do it.
