Got publicly shamed by the branch mgr and no privacy at all. Filed complaint to head office in Toronto.
No one its available to aswer a call
Terrible bank, do not bank with them, they place on hold cheques for weeks, not very friendly, not willing to help customers, they charge high rates for accounts, really a very unpleasant bank if you can avoid banking with them definitely do it.
Tooky tax return to a bank teller, and they still said they had to hold it for 5 days, why, I gave it directly to a teller, not put it in a damn ATM or did it through my phone, I should have access to it, CIBC, you lost a customer
