Not a good experience for my mother at this bank, who made an appointment with delayed, distracted, and uninformed employees. D-tier service. Couldn't even give basic information, not sure what the point of some of these employees are, might as well replace them with AI. 2 stars for at least the instant teller machine being reliable.
Can't use ATM even though it has it own entrance heaven forbid some of us have to work late and can't do daytime banking
I am appalled at the branch manager Danielle and her audacity to tell me how to run my small business. I came in at the end of the day to deposit cheques and all cashiers are always so lovely. Today, the branch manager Danielle was sitting at the desk and never introduced herself or asked how I was doing and it should be noted that I come here maybe every week or so. Worst bank I've ever dealt with, staff and management blatently lie when they don't feel like doing something. Absolutely pathetic level of service.
