Worst bank I've ever dealt with, staff and management blatently lie when they don't feel like doing something. Absolutely pathetic level of service.
Service is extremely slow
Very un helpful, at 1755hrs they would not let me in to conduct some banking when their sign said they were open 1800hrs
Honestly, for the first time in Brantford a teller (Amisha) makes me want to return to a branch. She help me understand about my finances and help me find what I needed even when I was from Simplii, she was very empathetic with my situation and I appreciate it, thanks
