What a joke. When my mortgage is up for renewal I’ll be closing all accounts.I assume they’ll be closing the doors soon anyway as they do with all small town banks.
They are the worst branch of CIBC.
The WORST CIBC branch in existence! Absolutely zero customer service! Don't believe me? Try and phone the branch. Voicemails never returned either.
I went to withdrawal any money I had left in my bank account because the service charge of the most basic bank account has nearly doubled in 6 months and they provide no real service and I do not need a bank in my life. The teller at the desk is so painfully stupid that when I asked for my $76.06 to be taken out of my account, she only gave me $76. For someone working with numbers daily, she sure doesn't understand the basics. I'll be using Canada Post's prepaid credit card to make my online purchases from now on. Much cheap... read more
