It says they’re open till 5:00 pm. Went in to have a slight change in our mortgage (with a complete form, signed and ready). Was hoping for a quick chat with an advisor- but NO advisor available. Come on been doing this every renewal.

Worst bank ever. Disgusting location and completely incompetent employees. They stick the knowledgeable people in offices and let the front desk be run by lazy people who a) don't know English or math and b) would rather stand around gabbing with eachother and drinking coffee than helping the customer. It took me at least half an hour of arguing with them to take out $160. And it was the fourth time I'd been in there to try draining my account since they were giving me such grief.
