I do not recommend to anybody to use CIBC, if it was not because of Costco, I would not use CIBC service at all, such a waste of time... Went to pick up my card, I notifies while I am requesting the card of the last name change, they let me wait for so long and they asked for so many IDs and documents to confirm I am the same person, then ended up refusing to give me my card and when I called customer service, they said we are sorry it is up to the branch we can not do anything about it, I explained if it was mailed to home ... read more

Want give a huge shout out to Darren Wang for always being super helpful and enthusiastic to help and provide guidance and information. We have visited a few times and he has been the one who has kept us coming here.
I booked an appointment with a business representative (Darren W). Who was late for our meeting by 10 minutes, and then met me in the lobby and handed me two pieces of paper saying this was all the information that he could provide me. And if I want to open an account, I have to call a number.… I booked a business appointment to answer questions about business banking. This was a horrific experience as a small business owner!
