The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since I opened my account, there has not been one instance where this bank was able to help resolve an issue. The branch manager was rude and dishonest and was not willing to help but rather advised me to close my account. My funds were placed on hold multiple times for an apparent fraud investigation for almost a month on 3 separate occasions, causing me nsf fees which they would not reimburse. Service was great and consultant was helpful and friendly! Definitely a bank to stick with.

Friendly helpful staff for the most part. Some of the staff have trouble understanding what is asked of them. Wait times to see a teller can be long especially just before closing when most people do their banking or at lunch. Sometimes they're too busy having coffee to actually open on time.
