Staff here is so unprofessional my mother has been having issues with her account and they won’t tell her why they locked it and the manager was threatening to close her account if she didn’t open a new one which she expressed she could not as she was waiting for her new ID card and she didn’t want to bank with them anymore because they keep locking her account.
