This branch is very unorganized and they are not familiar with a lot of banking procedures. A lot of the staff are not experienced and fail to contact clients with any kind of update. I’m still waiting for call backs from banking advisors for months. I popped up at their branch only to be told I’ll get a call back, I’m still waiting weeks to months. I highly recommend you go to another branch for better customer service and better customer experience.
I’m waiting here in line for a half an hour! Ridiculous.
Very disappointed. Went in to deposit a check with both mine and my husband’s name on it they refused for a ridiculous reason. Staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in doing their job. Went to another CIBC branch and had zero issues. Not surprised this place has a 2.4-star rating. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time.
I got locked out my account for 2 weeks!! The service here is terrible no one could ever help me when I needed it. Exactly why I had to switch banks cibc isn’t the bank I would recommend to be honest.
Been here for a while. The community manager Rahim is extremely polite & helpful. Sometimes the branch gets quite busy but most times it’s nice
