Door was locked, came for the ATM. I've been here before late at night, but this time they were closed. Tbf it was like 3am but they should at least have one outside.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this branch. Customer service is not a priority. The manager I interacted with (Lucy Hunter) was clearly inexperienced and lacked any real knowledge of how to address my concerns. Instead of offering solutions, she seemed more interested in passing me off. I left feeling completely frustrated and ignored.
