The teller Belal all the way to the left gave stellar service. I felt heard and understood with my financial problems. It was a fantastic experience, I’ll definitely be banking with CIBC again
Poor service overall
went to go deposit money and the machine rebooted while it was depositing, they said they have to open a case file for them to check the money in the machine, place is a joke
Very very slow service with lot of employees roaming around not helping at all
