Very disappointed. Went in to deposit a check with both mine and my husband’s name on it they refused for a ridiculous reason. Staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in doing their job. Went to another CIBC branch and had zero issues. Not surprised this place has a 2.4-star rating. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time.
I got locked out my account for 2 weeks!! The service here is terrible no one could ever help me when I needed it. Exactly why I had to switch banks cibc isn’t the bank I would recommend to be honest.
Been here for a while. The community manager Rahim is extremely polite & helpful. Sometimes the branch gets quite busy but most times it’s nice
I know banks take a lot of flack for lack of tellers but I would like to talk about the excellent service I got from Micheal at the teller desk last week. Saved me another visit for sure. Thank you Michael. I appreciate your service.
Door was locked, came for the ATM. I've been here before late at night, but this time they were closed. Tbf it was like 3am but they should at least have one outside.
