Good beach. All you see is employee walks around and do nothing.
Got a costco CIBC card. It was shipped to them instead of my house and they never called to let me know they received the card. After picking up the card, I went home and turns out I need to go to the branch to activate the card. After doing so, went to go purchase an item and my card does not work. The staff is clueless and it has been one of the worst credit card experience ever. I'm just going to call and cancel the card.
I’ve been with CIBC for over 20 years, and this is by far the worst branch experience I’ve ever had. The service here is extremely slow, disorganized, and frustrating. Staff don’t seem to value customers’ time at all, and even simple requests take far longer than they should. It feels like there’s no proper management or efficiency in place. I am extremely disappointed with the service at the CIBC Westney Rd. Plaza branch. What should be a simple, routine banking experience has turned into an ongoing and frustrating issue. My husband has held a Circle account with CIBC for over a year, which clearly does not qualify him as a “new client.” For more than six months, he has consistently deposited biweekly paycheques from the same employer.
