What a disappointing experience. Staff lacked knowledge and training and became confrontational when I questioned them. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. I understand why this branch has such a low rating. I will not be returning.
Worst customer service . The lady at the front desk didn’t even let me complete my issue. She simply asked me to wait or check with the cheque owner for an issue with deposits . When asked to speak to the branch manager she said they wouldn’t be able to help me unless I know them personally . Like seriously ???? I am definitely taking my business elsewhere .
Horrible customer service from the lady working at the Welcome kiosk. CIBC should be ashamed to have people like this greet their customers
Today I walked into the bank for a specific request. There was only one teller working which is crazy considering the lineup was to the door. When it was my turn, the general manager there and teller were very rude, incompetent, and wasted my time and ultimately my request wasnt fulfilled. I am definitely escalating this issue and never coming here again!
Terrible. Filled out the online form for a youth account and was told to visit the branch and present ID. My daughter and I presented our IDs and the Lady at the front desk had no idea what she was doing. After having me sign a few documents she handed me a card and said "that's it, you'll receive an email". It seemed as if she was trying to get me to go.
