one person working. for a lineup off ten people. while two sit in a room. worse Public service and help. I will never bank with cibc. no other bank makes u wait so long. one hour wait to see someone.
What a disappointing experience. Staff lacked knowledge and training and became confrontational when I questioned them. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. I understand why this branch has such a low rating. I will not be returning.
Worst customer service . The lady at the front desk didn’t even let me complete my issue. She simply asked me to wait or check with the cheque owner for an issue with deposits . When asked to speak to the branch manager she said they wouldn’t be able to help me unless I know them personally . Like seriously ???? I am definitely taking my business elsewhere .
