Donavan is slow af
One star is too much for Cibc. I am trying to deal with this bank as an executor. It has been a horrible experience and the people that are supposedly the support people are doing nothing . I have been trying to get answers to different questions and all I get are emails that the matter will be looked into and someone will call me sometime. New location still sucks 2 staff on everyday. line ups to the out door. Bank manager CHAD G never responds to calls, messages, emails. They're quick to take your money but refunds take months ridiculous.
I recently had to deal with this bank because I am the executor of an estate. I have to say it was the worst experience with a bank that I’ve ever had . The issue still isn’t resolved, even though it was promised to be done two weeks ago I would never deal with this bank!
