Another waist of my time , stand in line for 20 min in a line of 10 with it taking 20 minutes per customer with 3 tellers on a Thursday, I had 15000,000 to deposit , I had to leave , didn’t have 3 hours to wait .

One star is too much for Cibc. I am trying to deal with this bank as an executor. It has been a horrible experience and the people that are supposedly the support people are doing nothing . I have been trying to get answers to different questions and all I get are emails that the matter will be looked into and someone will call me sometime. New location still sucks 2 staff on everyday. line ups to the out door. Bank manager CHAD G never responds to calls, messages, emails. They're quick to take your money but refunds take months ridiculous.
