Customer service is horrible at this branch. I want to move completely out of CIBC. been trying to deal with my dad’s estate and they are clueless and have to be the middle man for the estates department. I’ve emailed the manager time and time and time again with ZERO response. The worst customer service! Now I’ve moved on to CIBC complaint department. Who aren’t updating me either. The WORST customer service.
I am trying to move everything out of this branch. Cole and the front staff are great but when you need the assistance of the account manager. He has zero communication skills, and I find myself having to track him down to see just what is going on with whatever problem I may be having at the time. This has happened time and time again and I am now moving everything out of this bank.
