Rena, the manager and the gentleman that was working with her this afternoon I have terrible customer service. I’ve been banking with Cibc for the last 20 years and I can tell you today was nothing but a nightmare and after today and they experience that I had, I will be switching banks.
5 stars for Dawson - a stand-up young man. Very kind and considerate, excellent people skills overall.
Cibc closed my account without informing me and now is making it next to impossible to get my money back right before Christmas. If you can find ANYother bank I would suggest doing so
I had opened my account with this bank , but they didn't get customers very serious, i had visited two time for credit card application, but the told me that i should talk to TransUnion because my profile is matching to someone, then i confirm from union,they said all things are correct and tell me that ur bank pulled someone profile. CIBC is honestly impressive — not because they’re good, but because I didn’t even know a bank could be this useless. Every time I deal with them I feel like I’m watching a real-life comedy, except the joke is MY money. Customer service? What customer service? Their whole staff acts like helping people is optional. You ask a simple question and they look at you like you just asked them to solve world peace. The attitude is crazy — like they’re doing ME a favor holding MY money.
