I bought car and loan with this bank I pay my car loan all amount with interest but still charging money on my bank and I am so many time talk to branch and car loan department but no any solution and waste of time and system on this bank very very bad experience on this bank.
Christine at this branch seems to always have the correct knowledge and always goes the extra mile to help customers, THREE times i had to seek her out to get CORRECT information after being given wrong information. She is my go to person at that branch ……CHRISTINE needs a raise !
Front counter staff really need an improvement on service mind. A staff seems to be annoyed all the time when i work with. I can really see on her face. Never a smile or greeting.
