Atm vlosed at 6pm and still vharge you for using the atm across the street after they have left you no choicr

Edit There used to be workers who I knew there but without them it seems the place is always bare bones in there. However is also the issue that late night use of the ATM has sometimes been met with issues. Those said issues are not because of CIBC but rather the local less than welcome who help themself to panhandling right outside the doors usually. As such now the doors are locked afterhours defeating the purpose of after hour ATM's on site.

Locked the doors in front of me at 4:55 glad I can't cash my paycheque now for a long weekend, useless branch and employees

I will be switching banks ASAP. Abysmal customer service. Not in line with CIBC “standards” at any other location I’ve been to or even heard of. Manager doesn’t return phone calls and nobody tries to correct situations that have no logical explanation. Always someone else’s fault, and your money is held hostage. I ordered a VERY common foreign currency three weeks in advance and it still didn’t show up in time. Other banks fulfill this within three days. If you’re looking for a new bank, do not choose this one.

Have been dealing at this Bank since 1973. Always got good service, I have been pleased with service of late regarding investment!
