Locked the doors in front of me at 4:55 glad I can't cash my paycheque now for a long weekend, useless branch and employees
I will be switching banks ASAP. Abysmal customer service. Not in line with CIBC “standards” at any other location I’ve been to or even heard of. Manager doesn’t return phone calls and nobody tries to correct situations that have no logical explanation. Always someone else’s fault, and your money is held hostage. I ordered a VERY common foreign currency three weeks in advance and it still didn’t show up in time. Other banks fulfill this within three days. If you’re looking for a new bank, do not choose this one.
Have been dealing at this Bank since 1973. Always got good service, I have been pleased with service of late regarding investment!
Worst customer service, one teller working, no information service. Waited 15 mins for a teller. The wait line sign is not clearly marked where you want the people to line up
Walked into the royal bank they couldn't even make change for meeting. Any other places would have done that. What a joke. They would make change because I wasn't a member. Only in this town.
