9:45 in the morning on a Thursday, 1 teller open for banking, 8 people standing in line waiting upwards of 25 minutes. Hire some tellers already! Pathetic.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I called this morning to ask a very general question. The rep asked for my information, which confused me as this was a ‘yes or no’ question, didn’t really need to look up my information. The rep took my name and number and said ‘I have to look you up in the system’. Again, why? She put me on hold for 18 minutes before they hung up. No call back, no apology. Worst customer service in the city!

Terrible experience with Mossamat Went to this bank to get a cashier's cheque to pay for a used vehicle. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at a bank. She wouldn't give us OUR money until every last minute detail of our personal information was checked over. I've had no address for my employer, a school division for 30 years, but it HAD to be done before we could get a cheque. POOR SERVICE I went there to deposit my payroll cheque but suddenly the teller told me that they need to hold the cheque for 5-7 business days, to think that's my payroll and everytime I deposited the payroll cheque I get it right a way, I said okay ill just cash it out then,but the teller told me that I can't cash it out,WHAT??I asked her if anybody there a supervisor or manager that can help me ,nope she did not even bother to ask anyone.I've been 15yrs to that bank I never experience that kind of service.
