I walked into this branch a couple of months ago to deposit a cheque, and while I was waiting in line, I witnessed one of the tellers, Mosammut, push another teller’s chair out of the way and create a scene in front of customers because she claimed she “didn’t have enough space to pass.” Instead of handling the situation professionally with her coworker, she chose to make a public scene .
