POOR SERVICE I went there to deposit my payroll cheque but suddenly the teller told me that they need to hold the cheque for 5-7 business days, to think that's my payroll and everytime I deposited the payroll cheque I get it right a way, I said okay ill just cash it out then,but the teller told me that I can't cash it out,WHAT??I asked her if anybody there a supervisor or manager that can help me ,nope she did not even bother to ask anyone.I've been 15yrs to that bank I never experience that kind of service. 5 stars for this branch as most of the customers of 4515 Gordon Road were sent to this branch as No staff in 4515 Gordon Road can assist customers. Because of that, This branch is always busy. The staffs are non stop assisting customers. The best thing in this branch you will not be sent to other branch. They will assist you no matter how busy they are. Unlike in 4515 Gordon Road Staffs are chatting and laughing to each other while hiding in their cubicle. I saw, heard and experienced this.
Very poor service only 1 counter open and there is no sense of urgency to complete all transaction
