Worst customer service ever it take like all day. If you are planning to come here for a customer service make sure to carry ur blanket and a pillow coz ur gonna be here a long long looong time

Very slow
Customer service at front-desk needs work-like start being polite , and I went in with the requests I have already gotten done multiple times at other branches of CIBC but somehow they are not a thing that CIBC does at this branch. I love personal bankers here, I have had multiple pleasant experiences with them but the tellers need to be better. It’s consistent with other reviews. Cherry on top- either a 50 minute wait time or voicemail if you call them.
This is the worst branch I’ve ever visited. I had several requests, but neither the teller nor the manager were willing to assist me. In contrast, other branches have responded promptly and fulfilled my requests without any issues. even 1 star is a lot....
