If I had not had my account with CIBC for more than 25 years I would get rid of it. The wait times if you need to go into a location are really long. They have 1 teller working. Awful customer service. When I got to the counter the teller said that I could have used the machine which she later realized I couldn't have!
They got what everybody wants money
