Fort McMurry down town branch Was really not helpful and polite I will not mention a person and I have issues on my card and I have to go again there so I hope I will not face same experience again, otherwise there are many options are in market to get service.
Very very worst experience, everytime when I visited to bank a big queue. Today I went to bank for a small thing and there is one teller and 4 people in queue and two people in the cabin on call or meeting. They have the duty to help customers first if there is big lineup and she is going here and there rather than to help quickly. Very frustrating and after 1.5 hours my work is done which take only 5 minutes. Shame on you CIBC for the service u are providing. Will find a new bank who cares for the customers.
