Took my investments out there few years ago best decision ever
Worst customer service and VERY slow
Michelle was VERY kind and helpful sorting out some account issues for my elderly mother.
It’s the only bank in town, so if you don’t drive…you’re stuck with this place. Can not give out your money under 4000(unless you’re one of their rich clients). People who do not bank CIBC, can not even get change!! They do not know ANY financial advice, and a year later will joyfully tell you how much money you lost had it been invested a different way. Head Quarters know how bad this branch is, yet does nothing. Get your money out and run! Great, reliable Bank machines, thank goodness
