I have used many CIBC banks and this is the most professional team!
Terrible how the manager treated a medically exempt client today. To yell at a someone in front of all of so many, is unacceptable. Have some compassion. Should be fired. I will not step foot in there again.
Dont ever deal with jackie for any type of loan or mortgage, she completely shut us out and wouldnt even try to make an attempt at looking at our approval. We tried several times to contact her with no reply. Very happy we tried a different cibc location because they actually took the time and we bought a house :)
