Worse bank ever seeen in my life . Des mauvaises infos pour ouvrir un compte chèque, puis je suis parti rencontrer Monsieur le directeur trespanier pour régler le problème il m a promis de lui donner du temps pour régler le problème , ça fait plus qu un mois que j attends, rien de spécial. Opened an account for my son, few days later his account was blocked without any warning. Called CIBC and was told that both my son and I have to go to the branch with two pieces of ID, went to the branch and after presenting passports and health insurance cards I was told that there is nothing else they can do, they can’t unblock the account. sérieux ??? nous faire poireauté une heure d attente au téléphone ??? pour un renseignement, c'est n importe quoi !! aberrant.. c est comme appeler au gouvernement . mauvais service, c est rire des clients.. on repassera pour le professionalisme.
