J'ai opté pour CIBC pour mes besoins bancaires et c'était une erreur. Mauvais conseils, délais déraisonnables ou tout simplement aucune réponse, plaintes mal gérées, carence de communications, la liste est longue. Je manque malheureusement de temps pour faire le changement d'institutions bancaires et c'est la seule raison qui fait en sorte que j'y suis encore.
Worse bank ever seeen in my life . Des mauvaises infos pour ouvrir un compte chèque, puis je suis parti rencontrer Monsieur le directeur trespanier pour régler le problème il m a promis de lui donner du temps pour régler le problème , ça fait plus qu un mois que j attends, rien de spécial. CIBC Worst bank ever.
Opened an account for my son, few days later his account was blocked without any warning. Called CIBC and was told that both my son and I have to go to the branch with two pieces of ID, went to the branch and after presenting passports and health insurance cards I was told that there is nothing else they can do, they can’t unblock the account.
