I visited this bank twice in two days and the gentleman I dealt with both days was very helpful and professional. I deposited cash into my account and he was able to get the hold on the funds released for me immediately even when I arrived right at closing time.

I work with 4 banks and this is the slowest bank in Stettler. Every month that I have to deposit money I wait in the branch for 20 -40 minutes. It's very frustrating on my busiest work day of the month. They need more staff and faster systems. I would never do my personal banking here.
