CIBC has been my primary bank for nearly 30 years. In-branch staff are helpful, and any problems have been resolved in a professional and timely manner.
Ida at CIBC in Smithers is very friendly and very helpful in alot of ways.
No call backs even after leaving multiple messages. How can a bank operate so unprofessionally? I have to get cheques to pay other businesses and for some reason, none were ordered! No one is calling me back! So frustrating! I would not even give one star!
Super friendly staff.
This is a great bank don't get me wrong .... BUT ... it's really hard to catch anyone in their office the only people/person there is the teller.
