No call backs even after leaving multiple messages. How can a bank operate so unprofessionally? I have to get cheques to pay other businesses and for some reason, none were ordered! No one is calling me back! So frustrating! I would not even give one star!

This is a great bank don't get me wrong .... BUT ... it's really hard to catch anyone in their office the only people/person there is the teller.
I worked in this place and the experience was terrible, Manager don’t know anything what he is doing and expecting you to perform and when I ask he gets mad at me. I would not recommend this bank for any transactions or working here . If someone wants to spoil their career go ahead and work there. It was horrible working here like a nightmare and manager telling me my odour is not good. What he wanted to say? I don’t know. Commmenting on me personally is not anyone would like. Thumbs down to this institute and zero stars .
Visited yesterday to open my bank account . Staff was very friendly and supported me through out the process. I would recommend this place for any international student for open their first bank account in canada.
