Super excited to close our accounts here and move to Access Credit Union. Once they were short on 100 bills and even though they had enough they were really pushy for me to take 50 bills when in reality why wouldn’t you accommodate the first customer and then let the next customer know that you don’t have enough cash. Next incident they couldn’t give me more than $4000 cash to go buy something, they had to order cash and it would take 16 days to come in.
