Been banking with CIBC for a long time. Moved to the area not too long ago and the staff are great. Only thing giving a full five stars is they seem to be on running two tellers at peak times when they could easily run three which would make the lines much more manageable. Otherwise my experience at this CIBC has been great.
I booked an appointment at this branch to open a new business account. I arrived on time but had to wait over 20 minutes before being assisted. The staff member seemed unprepared for the task – repeatedly leaving the office for assistance, requesting more and more documents, and eventually preparing incorrect paperwork. After a long delay, I was informed they couldn’t even proceed because the branch had run out of the necessary forms.
