don't get the 0% no intrest credit card offer for 10 months its a scam you will be charged intrest they will do whatever they can to avoid you getting the offer. if you call cibc customer service they will have a different answer everytime!

Can I give 0 stars? I worked with this branch to set up POA after my father was hospitalized. Over a month and a half it was nothing problem after problem, incorrect information, and "its fixed" when it wasn't. I get that this might not be done often but its also your job, and I tried to be kind in a really hard life situation but it was brutal. I finally went to another branch and it turned out every meeting over the month was just done wrong. They solved my problem in 20 mins.
Don’t choose CIBC. Save your life and choose another bank
I requested a document which has to be filled out by bank and they told me to I have to print the paper and bring it to them, they don’t even value their customers to give a piece of paper. I hate working with this bank such a disappointment and customer service.
