Poor customer service! No emails or calls returned.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jas on Wednesday (July 17th)
2 months after trying to open estate account and no results, now trying manager and then going to contact complaint dept, if that doesn't work will go to ombudsman. CIBC have terrible customer service If i could have said no stars they would have received it.
