This branch of CIBC has the rudest Branch Manager I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Including hanging up on me when asking the branch to do it's job. If you can use any other CIBC or financial institution, do that.
I went to CIBC Lacombe Branch for getting Debit card of my chequing account. I forget name of Receptionist but she was very nice and everything was completed within 10 mins or so. She helped me in setting up my mobile account. After Few days I went again for opening Savings account. Tina at CIBC was very helpful, kind and explained everything within stipulated time. I am really happy and grateful with their service. Keep it up....
