The most ignorant and incompetent staff I have ever dealt with at CIBC GFW branch, with the exception of a couple of counter staff. The person assigned to me has a complete lack of professionalism and no product knowledge whatsoever. I’ll be moving my businesses elsewhere at the first opportunity.
Took money out
My recent experience was horrifically bad. Between financial advisors not returning calls, or answering calls, or answering emails, then finally getting an appointment to sign paperwork on financial matters, then the advisor is gone for days and the financial matter isn't taken care of, then to contact an alternate advisor and they won't respond to any emails. I have never been treated so poorly in almost 25 years as a customer of this bank or at this particular location.
