Visiting from out of town and took out 40 from the atm for camping .. went to a teller to exchange for some 5s .. first they wanted us to have an account .. then they wanted Id . Are you kidding me .. we are changing 40 dollars .. I can understand if its hundreds .. but seriously .. we walked out discussed .. Banks truly have lost all customer service .
I can’t give this branch 5 stars just because of the manager. She’s giving CIBC a terrible image, I stopped going about 2 years ago when she started, I’ve seen her mistreating her employees in several occasions and for that reason I’ve been driving to Nanton and High River rather than my home town branch.
