I had a very disappointing experience at this branch that ultimately led me to move both my personal and business accounts elsewhere. During a recent visit to reset my bank card, the Branch Manager chose not to address me directly. Instead, he spoke to another employee in a language other than English about my account while I was standing there, without including me in the conversation.
