I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this CIBC branch. I called and left a voicemail three weeks ago, and although the message said someone would contact me soon, I’m still waiting for a call back. In addition, I had arranged to pick up my new credit card at this location instead of having it mailed to me. I picked it up and have been using it for over two months now, yet I continue to receive emails saying my card is ready for pickup. Never answer their phones and don't get back to you in a timely manner. Glad we pay such high fees with cibc for such low service
Such a joke of a branch. No where is it listed as a "appointments only" branch on Saturdays just that it's open until 4pm. Useless service inside to even get american money in smaller bills. Very disappointing as I have been with CIBC for 25 years. Crazy that my money is paying for these pylons working here.
