Went in to get a new card and get my account switched to a student account. I was told everything was down and to try again and to order my card online even tho I have tried and it won’t let me. Someone else who was also trying to do a student account got given an appointment to do it. And I wasn’t even offered or allowed one. I am very disappointed. As we left we heard them talking about us and laughing at us as well. Very unprofessional.
Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Training needs to be done to improve her people skills.
